Refund Policy

Short Course / Weekend Workshop Fees and Cancellation Policy.


For all students enrolling into a short course fees are to be paid in full prior to short course commencement date.

Payment plans for some courses are available. Please contact the College for more information.

Cancellation fees are applicable to students who withdraw from a short course program.

A student who withdraws from a Short Course between the date of enrolment and one week (seven days) before the official start date will incur a 20% cancellation.  Any student, who withdraws from a Short Course within one week (seven days) of the official start date, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Students who cancel on or after the official start date of the Short Course will not receive a refund or credit transfer. Students that do not attend cannot transfer into another course date. Students may change their Short Course date, without penalty, provided a minimum seven days notice is given. Students may not change course dates within seven days of the Short Course official start date.

Regarding Short Course REBATE/CREDIT scheme:

A students Short Course credit can be used to partially pay for a subject. At no stage can a student receive the credit in the form of a refund or bookstore credit. All rebate forms must be submitted prior to reaching census date. On census dates credits will be entered onto the students account and will be available to use in the next semester/trimester. Students must pass census date and enrol into the following semester in order to use their credit.
