Overview of Technical Requirements- Windows: Windows 98, ME, NT, 4.0, 2000, XP or Vista and a 56k V.90 modem or better Internet connection.
- Macintosh: Mac OS X and a 56k V.90 modem or better Internet connection.
- Depending on the use of streaming media, interactive multimedia, or other content in the individual courses, you might need additional hardware, software or browser plug-ins.
- Firefox and IE 7 are the recommended browsers.
- In other browsers, some functionality may not work. For example, Opera and Safari will not show the built-in html editor.
- Some of the Endeavour College's short courses use pop-up windows, therefore you will need to disable pop-up blockers in your browser. Some blockers may be turned off on Windows by right clicking an icon on the system tray, next to where the clock resides.
- Can't remember your password?
Been here before but can’t remember your login?- Click on the “Help, I've forgotten my password button on the left screen. Fill in the email address (this must match the address in your Endeavour College short courses profile) and the system will send you an email asking you to confirm you have requested a new password. Go to your email account, and click on the link within the email message. The system will then send you a new password.
- For you own security, you should always change a system generated password as soon as you have successfully logged in again.

Check your 'Caps Lock' key is not active and that you have entered your password in the correct case.
